CSN Helsinki - Customer Success Beginner Boot Camp!
Guys, please join us on a frosty Saturday morning for a Customer Success Beginner Boot Camp!
For whom is this event? For entry-level CSMs, for professionals interested in transitioning to Customer Success, and for everyone who would like to know what is this business function.
What will happen at the event? We will start with the intro of who we are and with a general presentation of what is Customer Success (15 min). After that, you will join a Round Table lead by a Coach and will work in a small group of 5 people learning what is Customer Success in practicalities (90 min). In the end, we will have a summary (10 min).

A Coach will guide you through the framework of Customer Success fundamentals:
- major pillars of Customer Success: Value Realization, Product Adoption, Customer Retention, Upsell & Cross-sell, Churn Prevention;
- what we measure: ARR, Logo Retention, Churn Rate, Product Usage;
- what will make me a good CSM in the first 3 months? (practical tips);
- what will make me a good CSM in first year? (strategic focus).
As the Boot Camp attendee, you will get a takeaway printout with you (and a link for a digital copy of it) with phrases that will look good in your CV (my customer retention rate is 85%, my book of business is 100k, ARR and other specific words).
