If so, this event is for you.

CS Snack is the first post-sales community for Customer Success professionals in Europe. Our events bring together peers who are facing similar challenges in Customer Success, Account Management, and post-sales operations.

At each event, we create a space where you can:

  • Exchange ideas with peers in similar roles
  • Discuss real challenges in small moderated groups
  • Gain practical insights you can apply immediately
  • Expand your professional network within the Post-Sales community

More than 2500 Post Sales leaders and practitioners have already joined CS Snack events across Europe, including in Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam.

Participants come from companies such as SAP, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Atlassian, and Personio, along with many fast-growing startups and scaleups.

Event set up

CS Snack is a collaborative learning event built around small-group discussions.

Participants take part in small-group discussions designed to keep conversations relevant and practical. Some sessions are dedicated specifically to Post-Sales leaders. Each discussion is moderated by an experienced professional who helps guide the conversation and ensure everyone can contribute.

During the event, you will participate in two discussion rounds, each with around 6–8 peers, giving you the chance to explore different topics and perspectives.

Before the event, you will receive a short survey where you can select two discussion topics you would like to join.

Topics for the upcoming season will be announced soon.
