Whether you are providing Londoners with one of Daisy’s “5 a day of culture”, you are new to her research or a long standing supporter, this is a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from one of the leading voices in arts and health. There will be time for Q&A and wider conversation.
Daisy’s research for DCMS shows that cultural engagement contributes over £18bn a year to UK adults’ general health, and that daily arts participation brings young people wellbeing benefits valued at over £1,000 per year, equating to £800m in societal savings. Her findings continue to evidence the positive economic benefit of public investment in culture and highlight the essential role of creative engagement, especially for young people.
