Welcome to the 2nd series of monthly walks at Penrhiw Farm this Summer in June 14th, July 12th, August 2nd and September 13th from 11am - 3pm. At this returning series of events we will be highlighting the new developments at Penrhiw Farm and as before also celebrating our connection to nature and our land - we will gather at Penrhiw Organic Farm just above Goodwick overlooking the Preseli Hills where will explore the boundaries of the farm with a guided insight into the old history and the new innovations of the working organic farm. You will be guided by local walking leader David Pepper and also treated to a tour of the newly opened Pencw Cheese Cottage. Pencw Cheese create artisan cheese made by Alan and Philip, using the milk from their small of 20 organic Jersey Cows. The farm is family run and is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast Path outside the Twin Towns of Fishguard and Goodwick.

After having a short tour and insight into a working Organic farm we will go beyond the farm boundaries and explore some of the highlights of the ancient Pencaer Peninsula, exploring the local burial chambers at Garnwnda and Penrhiw, the incised stones of Ciliau cross roads and the Holy well of Llanwnda with breath taking views of the North Pembrokeshire Hinterland and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Upon return to Penrhiw Farm we will gather for a relaxed informal seasonal feast featuring the local produce of the farm from Pencw Cheese and a farmers platter accompanied by a toast to the land with locally brewed Beer, Ale and soft drinks from one of the many local breweries and distilleries of Pembrokeshire.

The afternoon includes
