CWO North West is delighted to invite you to a special day of celebration and friendship, as we combine our annual Celebration of Emmeline Pankhurst, Annual General Meeting, and Spring Lunch.

Please note that the events will take place at two different venues, so we kindly ask you to read the details below carefully.

Emmeline Pankhurst Celebration

11:00am – Manchester, at the Statue of Emmeline Pankhurst

Join us for our annual celebration of Emmeline Pankhurst's life and legacy as we lay a wreath at her statue in Manchester to mark her birthday. This is a tradition that the Conservative Women's Organisation has proudly maintained on behalf of the Pankhurst family for more than 30 years.

We would be delighted for members and guests to join us in honouring one of Britain's most influential campaigners for women's rights.

Annual General Meeting & Spring Lunch

1:00pm – Hale, Greater Manchester

Following the celebration in Manchester, we are delighted to invite members and guests to our Annual General Meeting and Spring Lunch. We are particularly pleased that this year's event will be held in person and look forward to welcoming both longstanding and new members from across the North West.

We are once again fortunate to be gathering at the beautiful home of Laura Evans in Hale. A catered lunch will be provided, and guests are warmly invited to bring a cake or dessert to share if they wish.

The AGM will begin at 1:00pm, followed by lunch at 1:30pm. Members who wish to attend the AGM only are very welcome to do so and should select the complimentary AGM-only ticket when booking.

Lunch tickets are £15 per person. During the afternoon there will also be a raffle to help support CWO North West.

This year we have refreshed the format of our lunch to make the event as welcoming and accessible as possible, while also giving members the opportunity to share a favourite homemade dessert if they would like to do so.
