~ WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP & YOUR PRESENTERS ~
"The principles of positive psychology are literally embodied in this workshop, and participants leave with energy and motivation to learn—and do—more in the service of self and other." - Juliet King, (PhDc), ATR-BC, LPC, LMHC
"I loved the balance of content, research, personal/professional anecdotes, breakout sessions, art making, and discussion! The variety kept the momentum going and really delivered so much information in a very short about of time."
"There was a lot of information on Positive Psychology in the supervisory relationship which was useful to me. I really liked this topic and approach to supervision."
"I appreciated the knowledge and scope of information provided, and discussion of theoretical framework, as well as the approaches and directives which may be used in the context of therapy."
"The Case Study presented had many different interesting angles that challenged supervisory issues. I learned a lot, Thank you."
"I really appreciated the grounding in positive psychology theory, because I know not everyone is familiar with it, and it was helpful to have as a refresher. Some of the examples were really useful to have to give the material context - like the case study."
"Thorough, well-developed information combined with welcoming approach, weaving in personal information to imagine how to apply concepts."
"I appreciated real life examples and the clear manner in which the information was presented. As a new supervisor, there are several things, such as the purpose and structure of supervision, that I will most take away and use in my career as I set up to have my first intern. The use of positive psychology and a strengths-based approach is most like the style I prefer to use in my work in pediatric palliative care and will transfer well to my supervisory role.
"Paige and Rebecca's style of presenting was so very useful."
"I really appreciated the interaction between participants and the very interactive nature of the workshop."
"I loved the conversational style and the experiential nature of the workshop!"
