It’s an invitation to come back to yourself. Not by doing more, but by listening, resting, and gently reawakening what’s already within you.

Through somatic practices and the wisdom of the menstrual cycle, we reconnect with the body as teacher, the feminine cycle as a compass and an intuitive map for life. As a woman, your well-being is intimately connected to the health of your internal systems : nervous, lymphatic, hormonal, digestive and so that's why CYCLYCA has been created for : to support your women's life experience as a cyclical being.

Payment Plan : 1. Payment of a 333€ non-refundable deposit to be sent after the booking to confirm your spot. 2. A payment plan will be sent to you afterwards, including the potential discounts. Know that there is an open door from my side to adjust the plan to your monthly capacity.

What's included in the price : 4 nights at Montalma with access to shared spaces, natural pool, and beautiful surroundings, 3 nourishing meals per day & healthy snacks, unlimited access to fresh Monchique mountain water & herbal teas, all guidance, sessions & workshops from Elina, Womb & Voice opening session guided by an experienced sister, x5 individual empowering photography

What's not included in the price : travel costs to come to Montalma, extra massages, travel insurance.

Cancellation policy : if you cancel before the 10th of August 2026 • the entire amount of the retreat is refunded except of the deposit. If you cancel after the 10th of August 2026 • the amount paid is non-refundable except for emergency personal heatlh conditions and unless another women book space.

How to get to MONTALMA : By car / taxi : 75 minutes drive away from Faro Airport • 40 minutes drive from Aljezur • 50 minutes drive from Lagos. By bus : a airport bus drives daily from Faro to Portimao • A bus drives daily from Portimao to Monchique. We can organise taxi or car sharing on request.
