Athlete journey: Sarah Jones

Sarah Jones is an international hockey midfielder with more than 100 caps for Wales over 13 years, a four-time Commonwealth Games competitor and a two-time Olympian. She was part of the Bronze winning squad at the Tokyo 2020 team, and is fresh from her appearance at Paris 2024.
