We're Saboteur, an independent studio setting brands free. Our name comes from the act of throwing a clog into the machine, a small act of disruption that can change everything – and that's exactly how we approach branding.

There’s a changing landscape of the agency world – rise of independents, struggles of networks like WPP, growth of in-house, changing attitudes to hybrid working and work life balance…

There’s nothing like building or being part of an independent agency. The culture, the freedom, the feeling like you’re part of something unique. Increasingly, clients are looking for alternatives to the big networks. That agency could be yours. So, we’re going to build some today.

But it isn’t easy, and it takes a lot of different skills. That’s what today is about - busting some myths and giving a true picture into how an agency really works.
