On the Block - 4th Edition

On The Block is back!

Bringing you some of the country's best Hiphop dancers, DJs and more, On The Block is an exciting 1v1 dance battle in Reading, back for its 4th Edition.

Come and catch a vibe at On The Block, watch incredible dancers  battle it out, for cash prizes, surprises and the winning title.

Sat 26th April 2025 2pm - 8pm

1v1 Hip Hop - 1v1 Popping - 1v1 Krump

£100 cash prize per winner

Tickets -

Dancers competing £12 (plus booking fee)

You must buy a dancers ticket to compete, your tickets will be scanned on the door.

Spectators £10 (plus booking fee)

Accessibility:

Venue is fully wheelchair accessible. There are accessible, gender neutral toilets, all individual cubicles with wash basins. There are quiet spaces available, and flexible, movable seating. The event is relaxed and audience are free to come and go throughout the  battle. Audience watching the dance are seated on the floor or standing, there is plenty of room for wheelchairs and seating if needed.

There will be a small range of soft drinks and some snacks available. There is no alcohol at this event.

Getting there:

Please use public transport if you are able. The venue in the town centre and is a 2 minute walk from Reading train station and all town centre bus routes.

There is no parking at the venue. The closest parking is Reading station car park here and there are a few metered parking spaces on the street, and some blue badge spaces nearby.
