Once a month, on a Friday morning (or occasional evening), we gather in movement and music — a steady, nurturing space to release stress, reset your energy, and begin your weekend feeling clear, centered, and ready to flow into the rest of your weekend.
🌿 About Dr Indika and Conscious Dance
Dr Indika walked away from her career as a GP and Functional Medicine doctor when she realised that true transformation isn’t found in treating symptoms—it’s found in energy, movement, and connection.
A lifelong lover of dance, she has trained and competed in Latin American styles, giving her a deep, embodied understanding of the interplay between music, movement, and emotion.
She is also the UK’s only trained facilitator in Transcendance™️ — a form of conscious dance that blends somatic movement, energy healing, soul-stirring music, and intuitive vocal guidance, guiding participants into deep energetic alignment and connection with their inner truth.
Her work is rooted in her own journey through motherhood and self-discovery—a path that deepened her understanding of how movement can reconnect us to our truth and natural flow.
Through conscious dance and energy alignment, she helps individuals clear what’s been weighing them down and reconnect with the power, clarity, and vitality that have always been within.
