Held in a peaceful yurt surrounded by nature, this guided conscious dance journey invites you to move in a way that feels true to you.
There are no steps to follow, no choreography to get right—only space to move, release, and realign with your body’s natural rhythm.
As you move, layers of tension begin to melt. The weight you’ve been carrying — physical, emotional, energetic — starts to shift.
You reconnect with your calm, your clarity, and the ease that’s always been within you.

💃 What to Expect

A 2hr guided conscious dance journey experience with curated music, intuitive guidance and sharing circle

🕊️ Practical Details (In-Person Session)
Duration: 2 hours
Please arrive: 10 minutes early to allow time to park and go to the toilet before we begin
What to bring: Water, comfortable clothes for movement, your own yoga mat if you prefer and an optional journal

£22 early bird (until end of previous month), £25 thereafter.

These sessions run monthly on Friday mornings, and occasionally on the evenings.
