Dance World Cup 2026 Finals –  Session Ticket Information

🔴 Tickets are not sold at the venue - please book online in advance.

Online sales close at 22:00 the night before each event day. To attend any day, book before 22:00 the previous evening. This is required to manage venue capacity in Dublin.

Entry to the Venue

• Attendees can collect their daily wristbands for all stages from the Ticket Desk at The Convention Centre Dublin between 07:30 and 20:00.
• Attendees may also collect their Stage 4 Round Room wristbands for the day directly at the Round Room.
• If you would like to collect your wristbands in advance for the following day's sessions, this can be done every day from 18:00 to 20:00, at The Convention Centre Dublin ticket desk.
• Present your ticket (printed or on your mobile) to the ticket desk staff for scanning.
• Each ticket can only be scanned once and is valid for a specific stage and session.
• Wristbands are mandatory for entry into the Auditoriums—no access will be granted without one.

Children aged 5 and under (non-competitors) may enter free if accompanied by a parent.
However, they must sit on a parent’s lap if the auditorium is full.

Dancer Access

Dancers participating in the finals may watch all sessions for free, subject to available seating:

• If tickets are sold out for a specific session, dancers will not be granted free entry.
• Entry is allowed only before each session starts and between entries.
• Dancers must present their DWC membership card to door staff for access.
• Dancers can also watch the free livestream via the official DWC App.

 Order Refund & Ticket Exchange Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing tickets.

General Policy:

• Session and Masterclass tickets are non-refundable, unless DWC cancels or reschedules the event. In such cases, ticket cost will be refunded (less €1.00 admin fee applies per booking.

Wrong Booking?

• Exchanges are not possible for incorrectly booked sessions or classes.
• You may sell or offer the ticket to someone from your dance school. This is often the quickest and easiest way to resolve the issue.
• If you booked the wrong session or class, we strongly recommend placing a new order immediately to secure availability while your cancellation enquiry is being reviewed, as places may sell out during this time.
• To cancel an order, email us at tickets@dwcworld.com at least one week before the start of the session. A booking cancellation fee of €4.00 per order will apply.

Booking Tips:

• Double-check your session selections and email address before confirming.
• Didn’t receive your ticket? Check your spam/junk folder first.

Refund Requests:

• Please allow up to six (6) weeks for a response to any refund enquiry or request. We appreciate your patience while requests are being reviewed.
• Refunds are not guaranteed, even if advised otherwise by venue staff.
