Weymouth Heels with dancify - Beginner Friendly Class

Welcome to dancify Weymouth Heels! Its a dance class, just for adults, with fun commercial style but with the added power (and challenge) of heels! Vital footwear info - please feel free to wear heels, flats or trainers for class - or a mixture! However, we cannot wear stiletto heels because of potential damage to the floor. Platform heels, chunky heels, and chunky heeled boots are all perfect!

Whether you choose to wear heels, flats or trainers, we'll build techniques for balance and confidence and work towards achievable pieces of choreography that give you a sense of flair and freedom. We'll be working at beginner level, with a confidence boosting, feel good factor energy in class! 

Weymouth Heels (Beginner Friendly)  will be in the dance studio at Redlands Leisure & Community Park, Dorchester Road, Weymouth. Join us to sign-in  just before 4.30pm,  we finish at 5.45pm with regular breaks along the way! Tickets are £9 and we have strictly limited availability so please book your spot! 

Never taken a dance class before? No problem! All adult ages and ability are welcome. You'll be dancing with SJ Cooper, lead teacher and creative director of dancify. SJ has nearly 20 years experience teaching adults and creates a super-supportive, inclusive environment for everyone who steps into class. You can choose to opt in with heels, flats or trainers, whatever works for you!
