Get ready to light up the night at Glow & Flow: a glow-in-the-dark dance night out!
An immersive outdoor dance experience where music, movement, light, and nature come together to awaken both your inner and outer glow. Using silent disco headsets, each participant is immersed in nature while listening to a curated sound and music journey, with live guided prompts woven throughout to cultivate presence, connection, and shared experience.

• What is a Silent Disco and how is Glow & Flow different?
  A silent disco is a dance experience where everyone wears wireless headphones instead of listening to music through speakers. Glow & Flow isn’t just a silent disco—it’s a guided dance journey. That means the experience is intentionally curated from start to finish. A dance journey is a guided, intentional movement experience where the DJ or facilitator weaves together music, cues, and emotional arcs to help you explore different states—like release, joy, play, confidence, or connection. You'll hear the facilitator through your headphones giving inspiration throughout the dance journey.
• What kind of music will you play?
  The music will be a thoughtfully curated journey designed to move your body, emotions, and spirit. You’ll hear a mix of world music, Afro beats, fun-modern-poppy tunes, throwbacks to the 80s and childhood favorites, modern dance electronic, soulful medicine music, and even instrumentals.
  This isn’t a typical dance party playlist — the songs are woven together to guide the energy of the experience, with moments of gentle grounding, playful fun, ecstatic peaks, and reflective pauses.​ Expect music that inspires creativity, lets you get lost in the rhythm, and supports both free play and guided movement. There may even be surprises along the way — live vocals, layered sounds, or tracks designed to enhance a sense of presence and embodiment. Whether you love dancing wildly, swaying gently, or fully immersing in the sonic journey, the music is there to inspire you.

  Moon Wands are enchanting flow-art dance prop pieces designed to spark movement, joy, and playful expression. Each wand features a smooth, easy-to-hold handle with flowing silk—perfect for beginners, kids, or anyone curious to explore flow arts. They’re especially helpful if you’re not sure how to move or feel a little shy—having something in your hands can make it easier to loosen up, find your rhythm, and dance more freely.
