For Mums & Baby:
- For women who delivered at least 8 weeks ago (vaginal) or 12 weeks ago (C-section)
- Bring your baby along – we embrace the beautiful chaos of motherhood!
- Take breaks as needed for feeding, nappy changes, and baby care
What to Expect:
Join us for strength and resistance based exercises that focus on re-strengthening your body after baby. Our classes offer a calm, welcoming, safe, and inclusive atmosphere.

Classes Taught by:
Danielle Dineen, a local mum-of-2 and certified Personal Trainer specialising in Pre and Postnatal training. With over 4 years of experience and an international client base, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to help you on your fitness journey.
Booking Details:
- Weekly classes starting from Monday, 8th April 2024
- Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
- Small group setting with a maximum of 6 mothers per class
- Equipment provided; just bring your exercise mat and a blanket for your baby
- Investment: €15/class
- Cancellation policy: please notify us at least 24h before the class start time
