You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout I'm telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to...

BROWN & GREEN LIFE CAFE IN CRYSTAL PALACE PARK!!!

That's right! The big man himself has confirmed that he will be spending three whole days with us so that he can meet all the good children of Crystal Palace and surrounding areas. 

Furthermore, we will be hosting a Festive Holiday Market (indoors and outdoors) chock full of all things Christmas. Stalls will include Christmas decorations, hand made clothing, jewellery, up-cycled/re-cycled gifts, children's books, candles, body butters, skin care, and scarves to name but a few. This magical event will surely put any Grinch or 'bah humbug' into the Christmas Spirit!

There will also be a cornucopia of delicious food from Brown & Green. Plus, as it's the holiday season, they will be serving winter warming drinks including hot chocolate (boozy on demand), mulled wine, beer on tap...all the smells, all the tastes, and all the feels that make this 'the most wonderful time of the year'!

The Santa Visit 

Tickets are £12.50 per child (all ages)  Adults and infants under 12 months are FREE (infants must be accompanied by at least one ticket holder to be free.)

The maximum number of kids is 6 per booking.

Each child will receive an age appropriate gift (wrapped by Santa's elves of course) and a FREE kids hot chocolate with squirty cream, marshmallows & sprinkles.

When booking, you can leave some 'secret info' for Santa. This truly makes the experience magical!

Please feel free to arrive early to check out the market and have something to eat and drink.  Just head over to the elves and sign in 5 minutes before you are due to go in. Please note that buggies will not be allowed into the grotto. As there will be a face painting artist in residence,  you can buy sessions whilst waiting, or for after your magical visit.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

1. Please double check your booking and your diaries before paying to ensure your order is correct. Once booked, the time and dates cannot be changed. 

As we are sure you’ll understand, Santa has a very busy schedule in his workshop, so we cannot make swaps once bookings have been made. Santa has a large number of children coming to visit, and this is to ensure that he gets all of his timings, secret info and names correct for his visits.

2. Tickets are non-refundable, however you may pass your tickets to a third party if you cannot attend. Please ensure they have the barcode for scanning upon entry. (Let the elves know of any 'secret' info for Santa on the door )

3. The 6 children per booking rule must be adhered to for health & safety in the grotto. If you would like to bring more than 6 children, then you will need to book 2 time slots, one after the other.

4. THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION EXPLAINED:

'I just booked 3 tickets for the 10:10am spot but it's still on sale?'

That's right! Because there are 3 tickets left for that time slot. But fear ye not! Santa's elves have been doing this for centuries! The elves cannot predict how long a child will want to visit with Santa. Sometimes only for a minute or two, and sometimes for the entire 10 mins. No problem! 

This system ensures flow and that Father Christmas gets to see as many kids as possible. 

If you have any questions or concerns, just ask one of the elves and they will do everything to ensure your visit creates a memory to last a lifetime!
