Please note the following BEFORE booking tickets: 

• You are booking tickets to see a public, professional Kids concert where Santa will appear
• This is an APPEARANCE only
• This event is separate to the sold out personal meetings on December 9th, 10th & 11th and is NOT transferable or refundable
• Due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee individual/personal photos with Santa
• All kids will receive a CHRISTMAS BADGE as a present from Santa
• Kids can give Santa their letters IN PERSON!
• All attendees must have a ticket to the concert to be included in the experience
• There are no tickets available just to see Santa 
• Infants under one year do not need a ticket, however parents do
• Shhhh...try and keep it a surprise

Our performers will take on the roles of iconic characters such as Rudolph, Santa, Frosty the Snowman, Jack Frost, Buddy The Elf, and many more, right in heart of Crystal Palace park!

(Running time - 45 mins)

*There are 3 performances. 12 noon,  2pm and 4pm. Infants up to one year old do not need a ticket. 

Grab your tickets while you can and make sure to head over early so that you can sample some of the best grub in the Palace at Brown & Green.
