This panel brings together experienced researchers and staff at USask to share valuable insights regarding the integration of EDI principles into research practice, followed by an interactive discussion. Topics will include (but not limited to): fostering an inclusive research team culture that respects diverse perspectives, approaches for building and maintaining diverse research teams, and evaluating the success of EDI initiatives in research practices.
