📝 Important Event Guidelines – 30th August 2025

1. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Check-in Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM. No entry will be allowed after 12:00PM.

3. ID Verification: Please carry a valid ID and your e-ticket for entry.

4. Food Coupons: Will be provided at check-in upon presenting a valid ticket.

5. Children: Kids under 15 years enjoy free entry.

6. Authority & Conduct: The decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities: Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the hall premises. Violators will be fined as per the hall authority’s decision.

8. Any damages caused to the venue property during the event must be compensated by the individual responsible.

9. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct during the event may result in immediate removal from the venue.
