Join us for this special one-evening West African drumming workshop with master drummers from West Africa, Sayon Camara and Namory Keita!

Prerequisite: completion of the Level I drumming class, or equivalent experience. (Some experience recommended.)

On Thursday, June 23, from 6:45–9pm, master drummers Sayon Camara and Namory Keita team up for a special hands-on workshop. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience the magic of West African rhythms and culture with two amazing teachers!

The cost for the workshop is $30.

Details:

• When: Thursday, July 23, 2026.
• Where: event will be held at the Jeanne Limmer Dance Studio in North Conway, NH.
• Time: Class starts at 6:45pm. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
  
• Registration: Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, so please sign up ahead of time.
• Cost: $30 per person. Drum rentals are available for an additional $5.
• What you need: a djembé drum similar to this one.
