Some Helpful Advice.

• To join the event please use the LINK provided with your booking email.
• You will be prompted to download the Zoom App if you haven’t already got it, but it is not compulsory.
• Please open the meeting "IN APP" if you are a ZOOM user.
• Else, use the "Open in Browser" option.
• Make sure you display a NAME to match that used when booking.
• You will find an option within Zoom to amend the name once the meeting has started.
• Give permission for BOTH AUDIO & VIDEO to be used when you join the event. 
• People often have difficulty with AUDIO, please select ‘Audio by Internet / WiFi’ option or anything that resembles this.
• You will be held in a waiting room until the demonstration starts. No one else can see or hear you at this point so just make yourself comfortable.
• When the demonstration is ready to start you will be admitted to the event. 
• Please DO NOT turn your microphone on as it will create background noise and cause problems for everyone listening.
• If you have any difficulties with either AUDIO OR VIDEO not working - please DO NOT panic. First try and select the options on your screen to turn these ON / OFF. These options are available for you to use ALL THE TIME through the meeting. If you still have difficulty then leave the meeting and re-enter it again using the original email link and check the settings and permissions you give to ZOOM.
• Please try to use your device in LANDSCAPE orientation, i.e. lengthwise, not upright.
• Messages from Spirit are not guaranteed for everyone.
• Lastly, we hope you enjoy the evening and have fun. But remember, although you may find the show entertaining, it is not entertainment! Due respect is required from the audience at all times to both David and fellow attendees.
