Registration includes

  • Online and in-person advocacy training from The Planetary Society's space policy team
  • A minimum of three meetings with congressional offices booked for you by The Planetary Society with opportunities for more
  • Access to special events, member gatherings, and space-themed experiences for you and fellow members while you're in D.C.

Why participate?

Research (and recent experience!) has shown that in-person constituent meetings are the most effective way to engage elected officials on topics like space exploration. If you believe in an ambitious future of space exploration, this is the way to show it.

Do I need to be a member of The Planetary Society?

Yes, all participants over 18 years old must be an active Planetary Society member on April 20th, 2026, to participate. If you are not currently a member, you can still register for the Day of Action. We will contact you prior to the event to confirm membership.

Do I need to be an experienced advocate?
