WE NEED YOU TO SPEAK UP FOR BETTER NHS CARE ***

DC Action is working with a specialist group from the British Society of Genetic Medicine to develop a diagnostic and management pathway for Telomere Biology Disorders. This is an essential first step to getting the expert care, monitoring and treatment that we need - and a vital step towards a specialist multidisciplinary clinic that can support us all.

Care pathways are developed by consensus which means that the views of healthcare professionals, who manage the condition, and patients who are on the receiving end of care are listened to and taken into account.

Please join us on July 14th to hear how the consensus process works, how the outcome might look and how you can help to shape the pathway
