On Saturday 25th April 2026, step aboard The River Prince at Kings Staith Landing, York. Boarding begins at 6:45pm, with the cruise departing promptly at 7:00pm. As we sail along the River Ouse, you’ll experience one of the greatest thrillers of all time in the most atmospheric setting imaginable.

The evening runs until around 10:00pm, with a fully stocked pay-as-you-go bar available throughout the cruise.

Important Information:

• Film rated 12A – under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.

• Seating is provided on board.

• The boat is covered and enclosed, so the event will go ahead whatever the weather. (Please bring weather appropriate clothing)

Terms & Conditions for Guests

• This event is an 18+ screening unless accompanied by an adult (film is rated 12A).

• Boarding is from 6:45pm at Kings Staith Landing, York. The boat departs promptly at 7:00pm and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds for missed departures.

• The cruise will finish around 10:00pm with disembarkation by 10:15pm.

• A pay-as-you-go bar will be available on board (cash & card). No outside food or alcohol may be brought onto the vessel.

• Seating is provided, but please note that accessibility is limited - contact us in advance with any requirements.

• The event will go ahead in all weather. In the unlikely event of severe flooding preventing sailing, the screening will continue at a fixed landing point or a full refund will be offered.

• City Cruises’ skippers and crew reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate the event in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour (including drunkenness and drug use). No refunds will be given in such cases.

• Smoking and vaping are only permitted on the open deck areas.

• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferable subject to availability.

• Free carer tickets are available allowing a complimentary entry for an assistant accompanying a disabled person. Proof of eligibility is required and may be checked upon entry to the event (e.g., CEA,PIP, DLA, Blue Badge, or Access Card)  limited to one carer per person, who must be over 14+.
