Description

Due to the continued annual success of our Deafland Rally, we are proud to announce that Deafland Rally No.05 is being organised for the summer of 2021. Come and support us and be part of the Deafland family.

Bring your Caravan, Tent, Motorhome or Campervan to the large rally field. Prices start from £50 ( * Price includes one Grass Pitch and one adult ) for the WHOLE WEEKEND of * Friday 23rd July until Tuesday 27th July 2021.

The charge for any additional adults in each unit is

* £20.00 per person 17 and over,

* £3.50 per child from 5 - 16 years old,

* (This is an early Bird Price, later bookings will be increased)

Which funds towards covering the costs of the event.

Over 16 years old

* Early Bird £15 - After 1st Jan - £20, - After 1st March - £25 , After 1st May - £30, After 1st June £35 per person

5 to 15 years old

* Early Bird £2.50 - After 1st Jan - £3 - After 1st March - £3.50 , After 1st May - £4.00, After 1st June £4.50 per a child

 Entry is available for an extra charge, detailed below. It also includes entry for one vehicle during your stay.

Awning charge is from £5.

Electric hook-up is sold out . There is a maximum of 100 units with electric hook up .

How to pay :
Complete in full the booking form below. Choose PayPal or Bank transfer to pay in full.
A payment plan can be discussed: Please contact Peter Kane. (All payments are inclusive of an administration fee)

Ticket Policy :
Tickets are non-refundable* Refunds are possible upon receipt of a medical letter from hospital/GP, but deposits cannot be refunded

Cancellation:
We Deafland Rally, have the right to cancel: the original Rally E-ticket (DLR05) if the amount is different to the new E-ticket.
The original Rally E-ticket (2020) closes on 30th June 2020, if you have not updated yet you MUST complete a new form for 2021.

Amended tickets:
There will be an administration fee of £10 for any changes to the Rally tickets such as:
People who have added a change of day/s, names, or sold or wish to sell their ticket to the Rally 2021 must change all details such as: name, medical, ages etc.
The ticket will then be reissued to the new owner with corresponding barcode.

Capacity :
Site policy dictates that the maximum capacity for each unit, tent, caravan or motorhome, is 10 persons.

Tents/Caravans sharing policy :
People who are attending the rally in tents are allowed to share accommodation with other tent users. Caravan users are allowed to share accommodation with other caravan users. For health and safety reasons, tent users are not permitted to share accommodation with caravan users and vice versa.

For Blue badge holders / Usher Syndrome:
If you are a registered blue badge holder or Usher Syndrome, please bring it with you on arrival. We will make sure your stay is convenient for those who have blue badges. Closest access to the toilet block, and those who have Usher Syndrome, we will always provide lights for them at night.

Medical issues:
If you have any existing ongoing medical issues, could you please put details of these on the booking form. Also could you inform our volunteers upon entry of the rally.

Facilities:
Mains tap water supply, rubbish disposal point and chemical toilet emptying point.

Fire Pit :
Site policy dictates that Fire Pits of any kind are prohibited at this event. Barbecues and disposable barbecues are permitted.

Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead in camping areas and there is an extra charge for dogs. (please clean up after your dog) 

Please respect fellow members of the Deafland family. There are no visitors allowed.

Our pitches open at noon 12 pm on Friday 23rd July 2021, no earlier, and close at 4pm on Tuesday 27th July 2021 , and there will be no non paying visitors allowed during in our Deafland Rally No.05 at Greenhous WEST MID SHOWGROUND

Weekend Programme:
The weekend programme of events will be announced soon on the Facebook page. There will also be a poster put up at the site on the day

Photography and Drones:
Our volunteers (wearing white Hi-Vis vests) will be taking photos around the site and there will also be drones flying overhead taking photos and video footage to display on our Facebook page. There is a consent form attached to the booking form which you will need to complete regarding this.
