Through a fun 3-step exercise, you'll identify some meaningful, personalized, and life-affirming experiences that you can envision in your future. These visualizations can help to reduce fear of the future and increase confidence that you can live fully if you get dementia.
ABOUT EMERSON LEE:
Emerson Lee is a dementia readiness coach and life enrichment specialist who is trained as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP), and end-of-life doula. Their practice shares psycho-social-emotional preparations for the entire dementia journey.
The Death & Dying Network International is an active membership community for ALL MORTALS committed and passionate about death education, while also creating and expanding our human connections, across all sectors of humanity. Together we will learn how to lead the courageous, and necessary conversations around dying & death, and the importance of these conversations and end of life planning.
