Debrief Steering Group: Help Shape What's Next

Debrief is more than just an event you go to and leave, it's a growing community of people who love the outdoors, and we want you to help steer where it goes next.

Whether you're passionate about adventure sport, run a local club, came along to the last event and left with a head full of ideas, or just want to be part of something being built from the ground up, this session is for you.

We're bringing together anyone with a stake in Debrief's future for an informal, social steering group. Expect big sheets of paper, pens, and space to think out loud. No fixed agenda beyond one question: what should Debrief become?

We'll be talking through things like:

• What people want from future events, workshops and meet-ups
• Ideas for the grants scheme and who it should reach
• How to get more clubs, groups and beginners involved
• What "adventure culture" in Ipswich could look like a year from now

Come with opinions, half-formed ideas, or just curiosity — all of it is welcome. This is a working session, not a presentation, so bring your voice.

Who should come: club organisers, past attendees, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who wants Debrief to be shaped by the community it serves.
