Welcome to an opportunity of a life time (When you get to know my own story you'll know it really is a new lease of life) 

When you learn to let go of negative emotions & thoughts, you will be free to express yourself as you wish. You will be free to live a life that is true to you. 

The key to accessing this new life is to learn nature's way of letting go of your anxiety and fear etc. This natural way is called Emotional Acceptance. 

It is a powerful tool that begins your journey to feel happier, lighter and free in your own skin. You do not have to suffer or drown in all these painful emotions/thoughts. 

There is a way out and it is called Emotional Acceptance. Our well-being is crucial to living a happy and fulfilled life. 

However, most people do not know how to confidently do this themselves and instead end up seeking countless strategies and tips online or from others. 

Although most people have heard of mental well-being not much is centred on our emotional well-being which I believe is even more important. I believe its important that we actively learn how to let go of our emotions in order to increase our well-being. In this course I will empower you to learn and trust in your own natural and innate well-being through Emotional Acceptance. By the end you can expect to feel happier and lighter than you ever have in your life. 

It is a 4 week course, where you bring all your baggage and each week we start cutting the ropes to all this heavy baggage. 

You will be expected to practice this simple yet powerful process in between sessions because only people dedicated to a good life can expect to see changes within this course. 

This online course will empower you to: 

- To let go of your emotions 

- Develop your self-awareness 

- Increase your emotional resilience to handle the fear & stresses of every-day life 

- To feel lighter and become freer in your own skin 

- Connect, share and learn with a group of like minded people 


We will meet on zoom for two hours every week. Homework will be given between each session. Each session will be practical, have theory and sharing encouraged. You will also have the opportunity to practise some exercises and techniques in smaller groups. 

Agenda: 

Week 1 – Building your Home base 

We look at why emotions are important and why most people struggle to overcome/regulate/transcend them. You will gain clarity with your biggest issue/problem and make a choice to end the struggle. We then look at the solution which is EA. Intro and sharing, EA demo, EA guide & awareness techniques 

Week 2 – Putting Emotional Acceptance into motion 

This is the week where you will really learn to put EA into practise and by partnering up during the week you will learn what it feels like to give and receive EA in a synergetic way. Sharing & EA demo. Partner work: what's the thought in a few sentences, where are you feeling it, now be with it. 

Week 3- Commitment to clearing the path (Meeting obstacles & resistance) 

In week three we look at your commitment to your EA practise and the result you want. We will dive deep together into this as we uncover why and where most of us are not committed to what we actually want hence why we never get the results we desire. This week you will make a new commitment and focus on a mini goal to complete by the end of the final week. 

Week 4 – Celebration (Pushing through) 

The main theme in this final week is celebration. We celebrate where you have arrived at and what you have achieved in terms of your goal. Celebrating and acknowledging your wins on this journey is so important.
