Important Information

Sessions are best experienced lying down so we recommend bringing your own yoga mat and to stay warm and cosy please bring a blanket and pillow/headrest. A yoga mat will be provided but if you have your own, it's best to bring it along and double up!

Some listeners like to wear their own an eye mask or weighted eye pillow to help focus the sound experience... muting your vision can really enhance your listening experience and help you to relax into the sound bath. These aren't provided but you're welcome to bring your own.

Session Duration: 1hour 30mins

Session Location: Vera Fletcher Hall, 4 Embercourt Rd, Thames Ditton, KT7 0LQ

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted due to disturbance to the session.

Decription

Sound Baths provide a unique opportunity to reconnect with oneself, to listen deeply, and to heal through the resonant power of sound.

Each session is a unique composition, performed live, carefully designed using a blend of traditional gongs alongside modern sound design creating deeply relaxing soundscapes. Every tone, frequency, texture and rhythm is chosen with intention, aiming to harmonize the mind, body, and soul.

My intention is to create a welcoming, safe and relaxing space for everyone—a place where one can feel the vibrations not only on the surface of their skin but deep within the core of their being. In a world that often moves too quickly, where silence and stillness are rare, I offer these sessions as a pause, a breath, and a gentle reminder that the body, when given the right environment, has the power to heal itself.

Deep Immersive Sound Therapy is designed to promote mindfulness, reflection, relaxation and even a higher consciousness all of which are proven to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, burn out and improve overall mental and physical health.

In a world of long work hours, relationship expectations, social anxieties, money troubles, raising children, caring for loved ones and social media… life can become overwhelming. If we do not take the time to relax and process our thoughts and feelings our unattended emotions can become buried and stored. Over time, these feelings can negatively impact our lives by way of manifesting in mental and physical health problems . Whether you are thinking about the past, absent in the present or worrying about the future… Deep Immersive Sound Therapy provides a safe space to relax and process your thoughts and emotions.

Many of us are waking up to the realisation that much of the modern world is having a negative impact on our wellbeing. Our modern societies are threatening the relationship we have with nature and the natural holistic healing practices of old. As a remedy many of us are reconnecting with natural forms of self-care and discovering that taking the time for ourselves is the only way to strengthen the fundamental pillars of holistic health - mental health, physical health, spiritual health, social health and environmental health. Deep Immersive Sound Therapy is the perfect tool for taking back control of your own wellbeing. By experiencing a Sound Therapy session you are topping up your wellness bank and positively contributing to your mental, physical, spiritual and social health.
