Clay Night is a social pottery night. Come and join Frances in the studio to develop your skills with free-style hand-building using a variety of clays, slips, underglazes and glazes. You will be able to develop your projects over a series of weeks, and your items will be safely stored in-between sessions. 

You can experiment with coil, slab, drape moulds and pinch pots, as well as using clay to build sculptural forms. 

Unlike the pottery classes which include all costs, you will need to pay an additional fee for each item you want to have fired (£3 for smaller items). The work will be dried and fired off-site and returned a few weeks' later for you to decide whether to glaze or not at an additional cost.

Thursdays 7-9 pm

Tea and coffee will be available, as well as biscuits or other treat.
