Block Printing on Fabric

In this fun session, you will experiment with block prints to create a range of patterns on fabric, including repetition and overlapping designs using colourful inks. The blocks will be a range of blocks from foam, rubber stamps and wood blocks, or lino blocks you may have made earlier in the day. You will be able to choose either a cotton pencil-case or tote bag to decorate and take with you.

With guidance from Frances, you will be supported to complete a successful project, no matter if you are a complete beginner or have enjoyed printmaking before. This session is designed for adults. Older, accompanied children are welcome.
