Decorative Garden Tile Workshop

Discover the art of crafting in clay with decorative techniques applied to terracotta clay.  You will roll your own slab of clay and shape as desired, then apply coloured slip and use techniques such as sgraffito and low relief to create a personal tile. You can add a limited range of colours using stencils or freehand at this stage and add texture with elements from the school garden, if you wish. 

Your tile will be fired and, if requested, glazed. It will be suitable for display outdoors. 

All costs of materials and firing are included. 

The finished tiles will be ready for collection between four and six weeks' later.
