DISCLAIMER & WARNING:
This event is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have mobility issues or difficulty walking, suffer from seizures, asthma or various medical conditions including physical or mental disorders or health related issues.
Guests will be exposed to some low light, blackout/no light and strobe lights, uneven walking trails, fog or smoke, scare tactics, disturbing scenes, incidental contact or touching while wandering through the Forest.
No outside alcohol or drugs are allowed on the property at any time. 
Intoxicated Persons or those posing a risk or threat to themselves or others may be refused entry. 

Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions WAIVER: 

 The Ticket purchaser acknowledges and assumes All Responsibility Of Risk while attending the Haunted Hayride and Forbidden Forest and hereby waive and release Deer Meadow Farms, actors, staff and owners of all liability relating to participation in the event and shall hold them harmless.  

YOUR ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS WAIVER.

There are NO REFUNDS for missed dates or bad weather conditions or closures.  Your tickets will be valid for other shows and will NOT be refunded.  You may attend on any other scheduled evening.
