THIS BOOKING PAGE IS FOR RETAILERS (sellers and information providers) ONLY.

There are just 10 retail spaces at this event.

Upon booking, you will receive email confirmation of your exhibitor space. Please keep this email and update your records for future notice

Booking

• Please book only in the correct retail category
• If your category reads sold out then we are full for that category, please join the wait list and we will let you know of any cancellations
• If your category does not appear on the list then please message us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/Deerspiritevents mention the name of the show and what you are offering and we will let you know if there is a space available. Or email us at deerspiritevents@outlook.com
• It is not possible for retailers to also do readings, therapies or aura imaging at the event, or to sell crystals. To do this you would also have to book an additional reader/therapist/aura imaging or crystal space - see the booking links above
• Once all the categories are sold out, then the show is full. Please join the wait list and we will let you know of any cancellations
• There are opportunities for exhibitors to run talks/workshops and do demos at this show, please let us know what you'd like to talk about on the booking form

On the day

• Set up is 9.15 am, and packing up is at 5.00 pm
• Parking in multi story car park behind venue. Less than 1 min walk
• Chairs will be provided for everyone. A maximum of two chairs per exhibitor space
• Retailers tables will be provided.  If you wish to bring your own table, please do so.

Electricity/power points: This facility is not available or guaranteed for all exhibitors. Priority will be given to exhibitors who need the electric point to enable the functioning of their space - eg: aura imaging equipment

• Should you require a power point, please state clearly the purpose of needing electricity for your exhibitor space on your booking form. Only PAT tested equipment is permitted for use at all Deer Spirit Events; venue staff may ask for certification.
• We will do our best to accommodate everyone but are restricted by the number of power points in the room.
• We advise you to bring your own extension cable and multiplug
