PLEASE READ THE INFO BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

For those of you who don't know us, we run Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Shows and Psychic/Wellbeing Fairs - across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and into Buckinghamshire and Northants. Our vision is to bring together talented, authentic practitioners, retailers, readers, teachers with the people who need them and enjoy what you do. We want to meet the needs of the members of the public who come to our shows and support the businesses of the exhibitors who attend. In that way, we hope to do our small bit towards improving people's lives and making the world a better place.

Readers are an important and popular part of our events, which also include a wide range of retailers, therapists & healers, workshops, talks and demos.

We're looking for talented, popular, genuine, authentic readers who share our vision. All manner of readers considered. So far we've had tarot, clairvoyant, psychic, shamanic, angel card, crystal ball, psychic art, mediumship, palm, spiritual, numerology, astrology, tea leaves, aura, intuitive, Iridology and many others.

We love variety at our shows, so if you do something different to what is mentioned above, that's great. If you do what is mentioned above, that's great, too. If there's a space on the booking form, you can book it!

You'll also get the chance to do a talk/demo and workshop at each show you book. Many readers have found it beneficial to do something early in the day, particularly if what they are doing is a bit different. Also, the more we can offer members of the public in terms of entertainment during the day, the busier and better our shows will be!

The Booking Form

Contains all the available reader spaces at our shows and fairs
All readers can book under the same slot, whatever form your readings take.
You can book as many fairs/shows as you like. And you can come back at a later date, and book more
Some of our shows are 2-day events, at which you can book one day, or both days
If the event you want has sold out, please join the waiting list and we'll let you know when spaces become available

Please keep the details below, as you will need to refer to them before each show

Arrival at a show

Please refer to the link below for directions to each venue
Set up starts at 9.30 am, unless otherwise specified
You can drop off your equipment at the venue at all venues
Parking at venue, unless otherwise specified below
The show ends at 5pm, so please don't pack up before then. We usually have an hour to pack away at the end of a show

Your exhibitor space

Is for one reader only (i.e - the reader named on the booking form)
Chairs and tables provided at all venues
Readers charge £1 per minute, minimum, at our shows, you can charge more if you wish, length of readings up to you
Please display your charges on your table during an event
We do not allow free readings, readings for donations, or readings/consultations to encourage/persuade members of the public to join organisations/groups, follow gurus/spiritual teachers etc. Please don't try to get around this, as we won't change our minds and it just wastes everyone's time.
There will be a floor plan at each show/fair, we'll let you know where your space is, when you arrive at the venue
Electric sockets can be requested, but not guaranteed. Priority will be given where electricity is necessary for the functioning of an exhibitor's space (eg: aura imaging equipment) over aesthetics and convenience (eg a lamp or to plug in a mobile phone)
Readers may not sell products on their stands. If you run psychic development courses, locally to the event, you can advertise these. Please let us know, when booking if you wish to advertise your courses

Parking onsite at all venues except the following

Banbury - public car park 1 min walk from the venue (several spaces at venue for people with mobility issues)
Witney public car park 5 min walk from the venue and on Sunday - parking on road 1 min walk from venue (several spaces at venue for people with mobility issues)
Thame - paid public car park onsite, free parking across road - 1 min walk from venue
Gloucester - public car park behind venue
Leighton Buzzard - public car park directly behind venue, 1 min walk to venue
Cheltenham Town Hall - drop off at venue and public car parks within 3 min walk
