SEEN: A Relational Group Series for Women

With Dee Yergo and Cindy Olsen

This is a space for women who are willing to be seen while letting go of managing how they are perceived.

This group is especially attuned to the pressure many women feel to fit in, keep up, or quietly compete, often at the expense of genuine connection.

We will gather over seven Thursday evenings to explore what becomes possible when we release the pressure of performance and meet each other with vulnerability, presence, honesty, and care.

The Approach

This group is rooted in the understanding that emotional resilience and confidence is strengthened through community. Rather than relying on advice or expert solutions, we practice meeting one another as peers. We will be listening, witnessing, and allowing insight and regulation to emerge through shared presence.

Over time, this kind of peer-based relational work cultivates a grounded sense of empowerment that comes simply from being seen, as you are, within the group.

What to Expect

Each gathering will include simple, embodied practices designed to help us arrive fully. We will spend time in a variety of paired and small-group experiences, along with moments of shared reflection as a full group. All of the work is held within clear agreements that support safety, consent, and mutual respect.

Some women will come with experience in transformational or personal growth work. Others will arrive because this space speaks to something they are ready and excited for. What matters is a willingness to show up, stay present, and engage authentically with yourself and the group.
