You’re invited into a field where nature, connection and the nervous system work together.

We will work with deliberate shifts in state, using plants, breath, movement, and connection to nature where the body can release, reorganize, and expand. This is a small, intentional container held within walking distance of the ocean. The environment becomes a key component of our process, supporting your system to respond differently while surrounded by warmth, water, and open space.

We will work with herbal plants and tinctures that shift state and open perception. These are paired with yoga, emotional release, breathwork, guided meditation, and light therapy to create direct, embodied experiences. The days are designed with both structure and space. There will be guided practices, along with time to rest, integrate, and follow your own rhythm. Ocean, silence, connection, or solitude all become part of the work.

In the evenings, we gather for Dee’s Teas ceremonies. These are intentional sharing spaces featuring curated organic tea blends to slow down, integrate, and enter deeper states of receptivity.  In these relational group processes, you will be seen, and you will practice seeing others, without fixing or performing.

The invitation is to arrive as you are and allow the retreat to unfold, experientially. 

To support the arc of the experience, we begin with a group pre-call before arrival and continue with two group integration calls after the retreat to support you in carrying the insights you gain, forward into your life. You will feel the difference in your body, and that becomes the new reference point you carry home.

Total Price: $2,400–$2,800 Includes room and board, all meals, herbal supplements and teas. Travel and airport transfers are not included. The price range is based on shared or private accommodations and bed sizes. 

Deposit: $500 due in order to reserve your spot. If you pay via ticket tailor there is $17 processing fee. If you pay via Zelle there are no fees. Email for Zelle is dee@deeyergo.com

Cancellation Policy

Your spot is reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

Because this is a small, intimate retreat with limited capacity, cancellations impact the entire group. 

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your place and covers upfront costs associated with the retreat.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date: any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% of any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat: no refunds are available.

Retreat Cancellation
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights or travel arrangements.
