Deleted Scenes presents Josh Holton's Fledgling

The fifth and final season premiere

Deleted Scenes returns with the launch of Fledgling, ex-MMA fighter Josh Holton's debut novel out 17 September by Conduit Books.

Josh will be reading from Fledgling on the night: alienated rural childhood and adolescence, a challenging father and beautiful but disturbing scenes of the natural world.

Joining Josh on the night are Brendton Steele, author of Fabulous Muscles, shortlisted for the Fitzcarraldo Editions Essay Prize, and Anna Whitwham, author of Boxer Handsome (about her featherweight boxer grandfather) and Soft Tissue Damage (about getting in the ring herself).

Doors open at 7pm, readings begin at 7:30pm.
