This intimate Home Birth Pregnancy Circle is a space for women who are considering, planning, or feeling curious about birthing at home.

Whether you feel sure in your decision or still have questions, this is a place for honest conversations, gentle guidance, and real reassurance about home birth away from fear-based narratives. Led by an experienced birth doula and mother of two who has witnessed and supported many women birth in the comfort of their home. 

Together, we’ll explore:

☼ Creating a calm, supportive home birth environment

☼ What you actually need for a home birth (simple, practical preparation)

☼ Navigating a home birth within the NHS - evidence based information and the stuff they don't have time to   tell you at your antenatal appointment

☼ Understanding unexpected situations at home (without fear)

☼ A guided relaxation - a space to unwind, and connect with your body and baby

☼ Refreshments included: think delicious home made cookies, seasonal fruit and a cosy drink

You'll come away feeling deeply relaxed, connected to your body and baby and confident in your birth choices.
