My aim is to empower you, encourage you and to RE-mind you of your strength, resilience and power that you have.
Birth doesn’t have to be painful or traumatic, From personal experience, with the right tools - It can be a transformative, liberating, powerful, empowering birth for you and your baby.
You don’t just birth a baby - you give birth to a new version of yourself too.
These classes are a gorgeous way to help you prepare for that.
Meet like minded mams, gain support, tips and ideas too!
No previous yoga experience needed.
You don’t need a mat but can bring one if you like. Come comfortable. Bring your favourite blanket/throw for Yoga Nidra.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy right up to birth.
