These Tuesday evening classes are designed to help you slow down, soften, and let go.
The focus is on gentle, mindful movement with a more restorative feel, supporting your nervous system after a busy day. We’ll move through slow, soothing stretches, longer-held postures, and deeply calming shapes that encourage the body to release tension and the mind to settle.
Breathwork and quiet pauses are an important part of this practice, creating space to unwind, regulate your nervous system, and prepare for rest and sleep.
