🌿 Tuesday Evening Yoga
Fitness Hub | Tuesdays | 8:00–9:00pm
A nourishing evening practice to unwind from the day. Expect a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, gentle strength, mobility and deep relaxation suitable for all levels.
Perfect if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply craving an hour to yourself.
🌿 Sunday Morning Yoga
Fitness Hub | Sundays | 10:00–11:00am
A slow, grounding start to your Sunday.
We'll move gently, reconnect with the breath and create space before the week ahead. Suitable for all abilities.
Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected.
🤍 Pregnancy Yoga
Fitness Hub | Thursdays | 7:00–8:00pm
A welcoming space for expectant mothers to slow down, connect with their changing bodies and prepare for birth with confidence.
Classes include:
• Pregnancy-safe movement
• Breathwork
• Relaxation & meditation
• Birth preparation
• Nervous system support
• Connection with other mums-to-be
Suitable from approximately 12 weeks of pregnancy.
