ABOUT THE MARKETS

First established in 1981 the Denmark Arts Markets is a showcase for local and regional craftspeople, artisans and entertainers.

Held four times a year these markets take pride in providing a venue for upcoming and established creators and designers to present their products to the public. The Denmark Arts Markets are held in the beautiful setting of Berridge Park on the banks of the Koorabup (Denmark) River. Rain, hail or shine, open from 10am – 4pm on market days.

The markets are brimming with handcrafts and innovative creations. So much to tantalize and delight, not to mention that you can take a break and sit on the lawn overlooking the river while being entertained on possibly Australia's biggest markets stage by a diverse all day line-up of talented local musicians and performers.

COVID SAFE EVENT

Denmark Arts Markets is a Covid Safe event. We ask you kindly to register your with your name and contact details for contact tracing. Your details will be kept private and safe used for contact tracing only in case of a confirmed Covid case at the markets

Let's all take responsibility, practice preventative respiratory and personal hygiene, avoid crowding and practice physical distancing.

The markets rely on visitors donations to strive and survive. We would love to keep this free of a set entry charge and accessible for everyone at the same time need your support in form of a donation so the Market can stay as colourful and magnificent as the last 39 years!!

Suggested donation is $5 for adults, kids are free :)

If you prefer to do your donations here rather than on the market gate you are welcome to do so. Please let the volunteers at the gate know if you have done so.
