Our first three DMN events sold out. Now Thrive is back. Bigger, better and with over 200 women in dentistry coming together for one day in the heart of London.

Thrive Together was created because there is so much more to having a successful, happy career in dentistry than clinical skills.

We need to know how to handle the difficult days without taking them home with us. How to feel confident talking about money. How to speak up and own a room. How to make decisions about where our careers are actually going. How to grow without constantly feeling like we need to do more.

And sometimes, we just need to be in a room with other women who get it.

That is what Thrive Together 2 is about.

One day. A lot of conversations we should be having.

We’ll be talking about complaints and difficult patients, and how to stop them consuming so much of our headspace.

We’ll get into money, because whether you’re an associate, practice owner or somewhere in between, understanding it changes the choices you can make.

We’ll work on public speaking and confidence, even if the thought of standing in front of a room currently terrifies you.

We’ll step away from the noise and ask a question we rarely give ourselves enough time to answer:

What do I actually want my next chapter to look like?

There’ll be a Women in Business panel with honest conversations about what it really takes to build something, a practical mastermind session to help you work through your own ideas and challenges, and time during the day to properly reset too.
