WEST FEST ’26 – FAQ

📅 When is West Fest ’26?
Bank Holiday Sunday, 30th August 2026. Gates open at 2:00pm and the event runs until 10:30pm.

📍 Where is the event held?
Denton West Cricket Club, M34 2HB. Free street parking is available, but please walk where possible.

🎟 When do tickets go on sale?
Members Pre-Sale: Opens Friday 28th November and closes 12 December 2025 at 12:00am. Early Bird Tickets: 12 December 2025 at 12:00am until 30th April 2026 at 12:00am. General Release: 30th April 2026 at 12:00am until event day.

🎫 Do I need a ticket?
Yes. All attendees require a ticket incl. Under 5s, who go free but still need a ticket.

👶 Are children allowed?
Yes, West Fest is a family friendly event. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

🪪 Is ID required?
Yes. Challenge 25 is in operation. Anyone who looks under 25 must show valid photo ID.

🍺 Will there be alcohol at the event?
Yes. Fully licensed outdoor bars serving lager, cider, IPA, spirits & mixers and soft drinks.

🍔 Will there be food?
Yes multiple street food vendors will be on site with a range of products to suit everyone. If you would like to bring snacks/drinks for your child this is allowed. Security may search the items on entry

🎵 What entertainment is there?
Live music all day including tribute acts, DJs and family entertainment. Full set times will be released closer to the event.

🕒 Can I leave and come back?
Yes, re-entry is allowed only with a wrist stamp given by security upon exit.

🚫 What is not allowed?
No glass, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, illegal substances, outside alcohol or children's toys e.g. footballs, bikes etc

🚗 Is parking available?
No parking is available on or near the cricket club. Limited street parking is available. Walking or local transport is recommended.

💳 Do vendors take card?
Most vendors take card/contactless, but bringing some cash is advised.

🐶 Are dogs allowed?
No dogs are allowed on site

♿ Is the event accessible?
Yes, the field and facilities are accessible. However, no accessible parking will be available due to safety and licencing conditions.

🔌 Will there be phone charging?
There are no phone charging stations on site, so please arrive with your device fully charged.

🧥 Can I bring chairs or blankets?
Yes, foldable chairs and picnic blankets are allowed. Please use the dedicated areas

🎒 Are bags allowed?
Yes, but all bags will be searched by security on entry. 

📷 Can I bring a camera?
Phones are fine. Professional cameras with large detachable lenses are not permitted.

💨 Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors but not inside buildings or covered areas. Please use the bins provided.

🚾 Are there toilets on site?
Yes, luxury toilet blocks will be provided.

🎡 Will there be rides or kids’ activities?
Yes, inflatables and children’s activities will be available. Children must be supervised at all times.

🕑 What happens if it rains?
The event goes ahead in all weather. (Subject to extreme cases) Please dress appropriately.

💸 What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation.

🎤 Can my band or DJ perform at West Fest?
All performance slots for 2026 are currently full.
