FAQ

🛸Where is the event taking place?🛸
Secure, private location in Greater Los Angeles, CA area (Chatsworth). The exact coordinates will be emailed 12 hours prior to the beginning of the event to the ticket holders.

🛸Do I need a Car Pass?🛸
If you are coming by your car, YES, you will need to purchase a separate CAR PASS. We have a limited parking space so we encourage you to carpool / Uber, as the location is very close to LA. Please be prepared ahead and secure your pass online before arriving!

🛸Is camping allowed?🛸
There is a designated area for camping. You should purchase Car Camping Pass.

🛸What about RVs?🛸
So far we do not allow RV camping. We may make a few exceptions though - please reach out to us.  The terrain is rough so think twice before bringing the RV for 1 night event.

🛸What does the road look like?🛸
Even though the terrain is steep, any car can make it (please drive safe on the property).

🛸I’m worried it’s going to be cold.🛸
No worries! In case of wind or cold We will have heaters set up around main activities areas. The lounge area will have a fireplace and blankets to keep you warm. However please come prepared and bring warm clothes!

🛸Is there a network reception?🛸
VERY limited! All major carriers support coverage in certain areas, but the reception is intermittent and unstable. If you are planning on buying tickets/car passes at the door or food/drinks inside - bring CASH with you. Also please take a screenshot of the ticket before coming!

🛸Are there any food/drink options available?🛸
Yes to both. We will have food vending (breakfast, dinner, coffee, tea), as well as a bar area (crafted cocktails and drinks).

🛸Is there any daytime entertainment?🛸
Yes! We will have various events happening throughout the weekend - check our social media channels for OASIS schedules and more.

🛸What kind of ID do I need?🛸
Acceptable Forms of ID:

• Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
• Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

Unacceptable Forms of ID:

• NO School ID
• NO Consular ID
• NO Birth certificate
• NO Expired ID of any kind
• NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
• NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license

🛸Any prohibited items?🛸
The incoming cars are subject to search for the following prohibited items:

• NO - Outside alcohol
• NO - Aerosol products/cans
• NO - Costumes that resemble a public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical) in any way
• NO - Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
• NO - Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• NO - Glass containers
• NO - Illegal substances
• NO - Pets (excluding service animals)
• NO - Stickers, flyers
• NO - Weapon or weapon accessories of any kind, real or fictional (including whips, lightsabers, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, fake weapons/props, etc.)

🛸What if I need medical assistance?🛸
Please come to check-in table and we will take care of you. Medical personnel will be available to assist you any time during the event. If you need to contact show producers, the base camp will be at the check-in area.

🛸Is it safe to attend the event? What about the pandemic?🛸
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of our guests. The event is held outside in the open-air setting, which provides the safest environment for any kind of in-person gatherings during the pandemic. We are also encouraging everyone to wear masks, take the necessary precautions, and all guests are required to agree to a temperature check upon entrance - this policy is strictly enforced and we will be turning people away if any signs of sickness are present.

There are portable bathrooms on-site with hand soaps, sanitizers and paper towels constantly maintained to make sure you always have the means to sanitize properly. The security would also be present at all times to make sure the event is safe and secure to attend.
