Sound Healing Meditation: Healing From the Root Full Chakra Balancing Series

End your year with a sound meditation series designed to balance the chakra system and elevate your inner harmony. Welcome the new and release the old in these curated sound healing sessions that focus on balancing each chakra event by event, starting at the root and ending at the crown. We start with light journaling and then you are invited to relax into a transformative sound bath.

This 7-part chakra balancing series was created to come into alignment with our highest selves. It is held every other Friday from 9/12/25 to 12/12/25 from 6-7pm at Abundant Space in Scottsdale. *Note: the last class is 3 weeks after 11/21*. We heal from the root up, and these sessions are designed to honor each aspect of ourselves, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives.  We offer different bundles depending on what you feel most called to- many people choose to focus on the bottom 3 chakra (root, sacral, and solar plexus), while others are focusing on the upper 3 (throat, third eye, and crown). The heart chakra is considered the bridge in the middle. For this reason, we have single event pass options, groupings of 3 classes, groupings of 4 classes, and special pricing for the full series.
