11 AM - 1 PM: Advanced Sharps: Precision, Risk, and Artistry in Needle Play

This advanced-level sharps class is designed for experienced players who want to elevate their needle work from “capable” to exceptional. Through a blend of technique, anatomy, and scene philosophy, participants will explore how to use sharps with intention, emotional intelligence, and expert-level control.

We’ll cover depth accuracy, anchor points, tension lines, and how to design complex needle patterns that hold beautifully throughout a scene. Students will also learn advanced placement strategies, creating emotional arcs through sensation, and how to build psychological tension without compromising safety.

We’ll dive into elevated risk-awareness and emergency response planning, including sterile technique, vascular avoidance, structural integrity of the skin, and managing endorphin cascades. This class is perfect for tops looking to refine their artistry, bottoms wanting to understand the process more deeply, and anyone ready to move past beginner frameworks.

Prerequisites:
A working knowledge of needle-play basics, sterile field setup, and risk-informed consent. This class does not teach introductory needle handling.

2 PM - 4 PM: Scarification, Branding, and the Ritual of Permanent Play

Class Description:
Permanent marking is one of the most profound gifts in kink, merging body modification, ritual, and power exchange into an unforgettable embodied experience. This advanced class explores scarification and branding as deliberate, meaningful practices rooted in consent, artistry, and deep trust.

We will examine the history and cultural context of marking traditions, then break down modern techniques including strike branding, cold branding, and controlled cutting. Students will learn about tool selection, heat management, line precision, and creating intentional scar patterns that heal predictably and beautifully.

Just as important as technique, we’ll explore the emotional and psychological landscape of permanent marking: how to prepare a partner, how to build ritual, and how to hold the intensity of the moment. Aftercare protocols, wound-care choices that influence scarring outcomes, and long-term follow-up will be covered in detail.

Whether you’re a top seeking to refine your skill or a bottom wanting deeper insight into the process, this class provides a rare, in-depth look at one of the most sacred edges in kink.

Prerequisites:
Students must have significant experience with high-risk edge play, strong consent foundations, and prior knowledge of bloodborne pathogens and sterile technique. This is not an introductory class.

5 PM -6:30 PM: Dinner! (Please purchase a dinner ticket with your event ticket to attend)

Join us for a casual, community-centered dinner where we slow down, share food, and connect with the incredible humans attending this event. Whether you've just finished the previous classes or want to eat before the party, you’re welcome at the table.

7 PM - Midnight: THE PLAY PARTY

Desire Unchained play parties are more than just a night out. Throughout the night, fetish artists will lead short scenes; giving you a glimpse of what’s possible, and hopefully sparking your own imagination. These are not timed, or scripted, and you may not even know they are planned (they just happen!) and they spark joy ;)

🏆 Best Scene Award
At the end of the night, there will be an award for the Most Evocative Scene: a moment that moved, mesmerized, or inspired. The winning pair or group receives a ticket to Desire Unchained 2026, honoring creativity, chemistry, and consensual brilliance. The Co-Hosts of the party will have final say if there's a tie!
