✨ Desire Unchained 2026 – Palm Springs, CA ✨

October 15–18, 2026
Three days. Four nights. Endless play.
Welcome to the next evolution of Desire!

Desire Unchained 2026 brings together the boldest, brightest, kinkiest, most creative queer minds under one desert sky for a long weekend of deep exploration and celebration. Expect immersive 301-level and advanced classes, curated day-and-night play spaces, community rituals, and powerful moments of connection woven throughout the event.

The event is held at a boutique hotel with newly renovated rooms, and an amazing outdoor play maze, that will host many fun, unique, and one of a kind scenes all weekend long! This is NOT an outdoor camping event. Due to the size of the host hotel, most attendees will not have a room on-site. But there will be plenty for room for play, with the 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, outdoor play maze, rope garden, and indoor dungeon.

🔥 What’s New & Returning This Year

• Four full evenings of play! Play spaces open continuously from Thursday at 7pm through Monday at 6am (83 hours of play time)
• Friday & Saturday professional entertainment (leather, fetish, kink, burlesque, POC & queer artists)
• Thursday Welcome Night + Staff & Presenter Introductions - Meet our first-ever Desire “Cruise Director,” leading a playful walkthrough of the space, and a pool party called ice breaker that you won't want to miss.
• Saturday main stage demos - swap meet & lube wrestling
• Sunday Hanky Awards - community recognition & live announcement of 2027 dates

Desire Unchained is designed for women, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and queer-centered kinksters to learn, play, and build community with intention and care. If you have questions about our gender policy you can read it here

Respect, communication, and compassion guide every interaction.

Come ready to explore, connect, celebrate, and delight in everything that makes this community powerful.

🐕‍🦺 Service Animal Policy

Desire Unchained welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California law (including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Disabled Persons Act).

A service animal is a dog trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. In limited circumstances, a miniature horse may also qualify.

Environmental Note:
Some Desire Unchained spaces may include loud sounds, crowding, sensory stimulation, or play environments that could be hazardous to service animals. If a space becomes unsafe for the animal, staff may support the handler in finding reasonable alternatives that do not restrict the handler’s participation.

Handler Responsibility:
Handlers are fully responsible for the care, behavior, and supervision of their service animal at all times.

Airborne Allergy Disclosure Policy

Desire Unchained is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees, including those with severe airborne allergies.

To support this:
• Attendees are asked to list any severe airborne allergies on their registration form.
• Prior to the event, the Desire team will send an email to all registered attendees identifying airborne allergens that must be avoided while inside the event footprint (including all indoor hotel spaces used by Desire).
• These allergens may include, but are not limited to: nuts, fragrances, latex, or other common airborne triggers.
• Compliance with these guidelines is required to promote community safety, accessibility, and comfort.

This policy is designed to ensure that individuals with high-risk allergies can safely participate in the event without exposure to dangerous triggers.

2026 Program Adjustments

To keep Desire Unchained ticket costs accessible to as many community members as possible, we are making several thoughtful adjustments for 2026:

1. Limited 1:1 Sessions

  • We are limiting the number of presenters this year and asking each educator to focus most on their large group classes, small group intensives, and public demo’s.
  • As a result, 1:1 sessions will only be available to VIP pass holders, rather than all attendees. This will prevent overall ticket prices from doubling. While 1:1 education will still be a unique offering for Desire, the priority will be for group events available to as many attendees as possible.

2. Meals Will Not Be Catered for Attendees

  • To significantly reduce event operating costs, and avoid raising ticket prices any more than we already had to, we will not be providing catered meals to all attendees this year. Instead, food options near the venue will be highlighted, and attendees are encouraged to plan meals (and meal timing) that align best with their dietary needs. We are also working on having a food truck each day with limited menu options.
  • These changes ensure that Desire Unchained remains financially sustainable and affordable, while still delivering high-value education and a play-focused experience.
